Sunflower Day Camp

The band emerged from a previous endeavor amply labeled as “Government Warning”. The said band claimed its birth from an inter-collegiate band competition held a couple of years back. Under the banner of Government Warning, the group was able to step into the pedestal of Philippine music as it was at the time.

Since then a major shift in the musical expression of the group yielded the “Sunflower Day Camp”. The sound being rendered by the group basically revolves around the punk ska genre. The fun and festive music of the band is then coupled by a tremendously exciting and eccentric stage performance by each member. The love and passion for happiness instilled in music is exemplified in every gig that the band plays. The positive energy of the band is relatively contagious and would leave the audience in an uplifted and blissful mood.
